You don't need an account to place an order. However, it's easier to create a Con-Con.io account when you want to place an order.
Your information will be saved and filled in immediately for your next order. This also gives you a handy overview of your order history.

We're sorry to hear your desired item is currently out of stock. We're doing our best to restock sold-out items as quickly as possible. We recommend signing up for the restock alert next to the item in question. We'll automatically send you an email when the item is restocked!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items with us.
We're sorry to hear your order is backordered. This could be due to two reasons: an item may be missing due to a pre-order or a stock error on the website. As soon as the entire order is in stock, it will be shipped to you in its entirety.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the shipping costs before checkout.
Due to global price increases on raw materials and transportation, we are unfortunately forced to raise the prices of some items. Therefore, existing items may be returned to stock at a different price.
You can easily pay at Con-Con.io with iDeal, Mastercard, Bancontact, Klarna, or PayPal.
Trade fair days: During trade fair days you can pay via Pin, Klarna and cash.
Unfortunately, payments sometimes fail. How can you be sure it went through correctly, for example, if you received an error message? We recommend checking your bank statement to see if the amount has been debited.
Would you like to pay once your order has arrived and is to your liking? Then you can use Klarna's post-payment method. The 14-day payment period begins as soon as the order is shipped. If an item isn't to your liking, you can return it. You can pause the invoice through your Klarna account. Once the return has been processed, you'll receive an updated invoice from Klarna.
Delivery times vary by product and may depend on how busy our carriers are. We do our best to deliver your product within 2-5 business days.
We calculate the shipping costs based on your products. You can always see the exact shipping costs during checkout.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with the track & trace code. You can use this link to monitor the status of your package.
Yes, once you have placed your order, you can choose a pick-up point using the track & trace code from our carrier.
Nothing is more frustrating than having to wait a long time for your order. Sometimes, your package can get delayed or lost in the mail. Don't panic! We recommend emailing info@de-producent.nl with your order number.
We will then initiate a postal inquiry for you to determine the status of your order. A postal inquiry can take up to 7 business days.
Is the item too big or too small? Then you can have a different size sent, provided it's in stock. You can register the return through your customer account and send it within our 14-day return period. If the correct size is in stock, you can indicate that you'd like to exchange it. Once we receive the return, we'll process the exchange for you within 5 business days.
Is the item not quite what you expected? Too bad! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can easily register your return through your customer account on the website.
Return fees may apply depending on how much you return and whether you return your entire order.

Is your package still on its way to us? You can find the shipment number on your return shipping receipt. You can use this to check the status of your shipment.
You'll receive your purchase price refunded in the same way you paid. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
When you submit a return requesting an exchange, the exchange is based on current stock availability. Unfortunately, it's possible that the item may sell out during processing. This means the exchange cannot be processed, and we will have to issue a refund.
